UNDERBASE FOR FLOORING BOARD(Mie plant,Shikoku plant)

Underbase for flooring board is a plywood used as a substrate for flooring materials. ○Product Standards Complies with various standards stipulated in the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS), including "bending tests," "adhesive strength tests," and "formaldehyde emission tests." ○Technical and Functional Characteristics ・Cross-laminated structure: Five or more veneers are bonded with their grain directions perpendicular to one another, reducing anisotropy in bending performance. ・Knotholes inherent to softwood plywood are filled with putty and repaired, resulting in a smooth surface finish. ○Technical Data ・Standard product dimensions: Width 945 mm × Length 1,840 mm, etc. ・Thickness: 9.1 mm, etc. ・Strength grade: Grade 2 ・Adhesive durability: Phenolic resin adhesive is used, achieving the highest JAS classification of "Special Class (Toku-rui)" for water and moisture resistance. ・Low formaldehyde emissions: F☆☆☆☆ grade (highest grade). ○Features of the Mie Plant ・The Mie Plant commenced operations in 2018. It is the most advanced plant within the Nisshin Group, using 100% domestically sourced timber.
