Nonstructural plywood is a plywood used for interior finishing work, stair base materials, furniture, and fixtures.
○Technical and Functional Characteristics
・Cross-laminated structure: Three to thirteen veneers are bonded with their grain directions perpendicular to one another, reducing anisotropy in bending performance.
○Main Product Dimensions
・Thickness: 4 mm – 50 mm
・Width: up to 1,300 mm
・Length: up to 4,100 mm
○Technical Data
・Adhesive durability: Phenolic resin adhesive is used, providing high water and moisture resistance.
・Low formaldehyde emissions: Products are shipped after confirming through in-house quality control inspections that they meet the equivalent of F☆☆☆☆ grade (highest grade) of the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) for plywood.
